Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit and include all hardware or assembly guides.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
